Subscription Update Obituary

   Carolyn E. (Lewandowski) Killelea, 39 of 43 Keep Ave died yesterday in Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, after an illness.

   She leaves her husband of 17 years, Kevin M. Killelea; a son Brian K. Killelea, and a daughter, Kathryn A. Killelea both of Paxton; seven brothers, Chester J. Lewandowski of Sterling Va., Stanley H. Lewandowski of Charlton, the Rev. Richard P. Lewandowski of Fitchburg, Thomas J. Lewandowski of Leicester, John F. Lewandoski of Danville, Maine, and James P. and Peter A. Lewandowski, both of Worcester; a sister, Mary A. Anderson of Auburn; nephews and nieces. She attened Worcester State College and was a graduated of the former Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of Chester S. and Anna V. (Kotomski) Lewandowski, and lived there for many years before moving to Paxton in 1978.

   Mrs. Killelea was office manager at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton for the past 10 years. She was previously a nurse at Worcester City Hospital.  She was a member of St. Columba’s Church and Tatnuck Country Club and was involved in many of the activities of Paxton Center School.
