Carol V. Westi, 86, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 in Knollwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She leaves four nieces, Robin Kondracki of Daytona Beach, FL, Lynn Carson of Millbury, MA, Charlene Plouffe of Worcester, MA, Sue Carson of Worcester, MA and one nephew, Neil Carson of Worcester, MA. She also leaves several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Arlene (Westi) Carson.

Carol was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Walter and Helga (Hallstrom) Westi. She graduated from Commerce High School and worked as a financial analyst at the former Norton Company for many years. She enjoyed traveling the world with her friends, reading, holidays with her family and her beloved cats.

The family wishes to thank Knollwood Nursing Center for their compassionate and continuous care of Carol for the last 6 years.

A private family graveside service and burial will be held at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
