Subscription Update Obituary

Carol A. (Lavoie) Partridge, 84, of Worcester, beloved wife of Robert Partridge, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at The Jewish Healthcare Center, after a long battle with cancer.

Carol and Bob enjoyed sixty-five years of marriage.  He spent twenty years in the Navy, and Carol was the glue that held the home front together, along with raising their two children while Bob was on deployment.

Carol is survived by her husband, Bob; a daughter, Pamela Butler and her husband Frank of Vermont, and their children, Antoinette, and Jacob; a son, Keith Partridge of Worcester, and his children, Gavin and Elliot; three brothers Richard Lavoie and his wife Joan of Northborough, Roger Lavoie and his wife Michele of Oxford, and David Lavoie and his wife Irene of Dudley; a sister in law, Edith Lavoie (Donald’s wife); many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by two brothers, Robert, and Donald Lavoie.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Alfred and Arline (Gregoire) Lavoie.

Calling Hours will be on Tuesday, June 6, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  Her Funeral will be on Wednesday, June 7, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
