Subscription Update Obituary

   Mrs. Bertha S. (Burbo) Harris, 55, of 32 Ellsworth St. died Sunday in St. Vincent Hospital. She was the wife of Joseph A. Harris.

   Born in Burlington, Vt., she was a daughter of Frank and Selina D. (Cludgo) Burbo and lived here 53 years.

   Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, Thomas N., Francis J. and Roy D. Harris; four daughters, Elizabeth E., wife of Louis Gonyou, Geraldine C., wife of Albert A. Beeso, Susan E., wife of Gerard A. Audette and Jane S., wife of William A. Robbins; four brothers, Eli, Francis, William and Raymond Burbo; four sisters, Viola, wife of Nelson Lamotte, Florence, wife of Herbert Jenney, Eva, wife of Francis Gelardi and Grace, wife of Earl Shackett, all of Worcester and 25 grandchildren.

   The funeral will be held tomorrow from Callahan Brothers Funeral Home, Seven Hills Plaza, with a Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, 169 Madison St.  Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
