Subscription Update Obituary

     Arthur C. Flagg, aged 80, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 21, 2018.

His beloved wife Barbara A. (Mantha) Flagg, had passed in 2016. He leaves to mourn his passing, his sons, William P. Flagg of Barre and Allen A. Flagg (and his wife Heidi) of Wales; his daughters, Cindy J. Patch (and her husband James) of Barre and Holly A. Richard of Quincy; his sister, Jean Vayo of Sterling; and nine grandchildren, Mason, Kassandra, Sabrina, Megan, Carter, Austen, Madison, Gracie and Jacqueline, along with several nieces and nephews.

Arthur was born in Worcester, son of Chester A. and Delia (Robida) Flagg. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was a machine operator for 35 years at Norton Co. before retiring. He enjoyed gardening, antiquing, photography and trying his luck on scratch tickets. He was most happy when spending time with his family.

A graveside service, with Military Honors, will be held Friday, June 29 at 11:00 AM, in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans Inc., 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605. MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester, MA will be conducting arrangements.
