Andrew Matulonis, 37, of Worcester, MA passed away August 5, 2023. He leaves behind his mother Teresa Matulonis and David Little, who raised him as his son; his daughters, Aryiana and Makayla Matulonis and their mother and Andrew’s “ride or die” friend, Elizabeth Fontaine, and his son, Aidyn Matulonis. He is also survived by five brothers, Nicholas Vinton, Matthew Vinton, Anthony Vinton, David Smith, Ricky Smith, and a sister, Amanda Paradis; girlfriend of seven years Allisyn Brady; nieces Kaylie Gustafson and Haylie Dyson; uncles Michael (Michelle) Levesque and James Levesque, and his grandfather Rene Levesque; cousins Meghan, Lizzy, Emmy, Eric Levesque and Hillary Hickman, and Jon Levesque, whom Andrew was especially close to – they were each other’s “go-to” in the family. Andrew also had many childhood friends and friends from his recovery network he considered family, especially Josh Bourdeau, Paul Gain and Ty Roach, who were his daily confidants and his right hands, and whom Andrew spoke about often and with love.  There are so many names, it would fill this page up, and he appreciated and loved every one of you. Andrew was preceded in death by his grandmother Joanne Levesque and great-grandmother Marguerite Shea.

Andrew was a Master Electrician who was dedicated to his family.  He loved his work and was a Yankees fan, despite the dismay of those around him. He struggled with mental health issues and fought very hard to win the battle for many years. Andrew loved his kids with every fiber in him and he will watch over them and guide them through all their milestones in life.

Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, August 16 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Friends are welcome to meet the family at Worcester County Memorial Park at 217 Richards Ave, Paxton, following the visitation, where inurnment will take place.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at  https://supporting.afsp.org/
