Alice Elizabeth (Johnson) Reece, 58, of 11 Whitney Circle, Auburn, died February 7, 1976 in her home.  Born April 27, 1917 in Framingham, she was the first child of Nils T. and Edith (Carlson) Johnson.  Mrs. Reece was a graduate of Commerce High School. On June 14, 1941 she married James John Reece in Auburn.  She was a charter member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Worcester.  Besides her husband, she leaves her son, James Johnson Reece of Rockford, Illinois, six sisters, Virginia (Norman) Leach of Auburn, Mildred (Gunnar) Robertson and Pauline (Chester) Stukowski both of Worcester, Dorothy Baird of Lutz, Florida, Barbara (Donald) Walne of Oxford and Betty Ann (Gordon) Campbell of Tallahasee, Florida, three brothers, Nils A. and Theodore Johnson of Worcester and Edwin (Hazel) Johnson of Westborough, as well as many nieces and nephews.  The funeral was held in Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster Street, Worcester on February 10, 1976 with the Reverend Charles V. Bergstrom officating.  Burial followed at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.  Arrangements by Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn.
