Subscription Update Obituary

Alan A. Creamer, 85, of Kiln, Mississippi, formerly of Holden, MA passed away on April 12, 2026. He is the loving husband of the late Claudia M. (Holmes) Creamer who predeceased him in 2024.

Alan graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. He worked as a firefighter for many years, an EMT, and was also a boy scout leader. He was a talented carpenter and a veteran of the US Air Force. He loved his current home in Mississippi and spending time with his southern family, Shane Anderson and his wife Chante’, and their daughters, Shana and Shae. He is survived by his stepchildren, Tracey Bailey and his wife Jill, and their sons Conner and Aaren; Mark Bailey and his wife Maureen, and their daughters Michaela, Kenda and Morgaine.

He also leaves his son Robert Creamer, his wife Catherine and their children of Maine. His daughter Laura Tupper, her husband Barry and their children of Holden. Alan’s brother Bradford, of Kingston, MA , his niece Audra LeGacy of New York and his nephew Jared Creamer of Holden.

He is predeceased by his wife Claudia; and parents, Gordon and Mary (Kitchen) Creamer. He will be laid to rest in a private burial at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton, MA.
