Subscription Update Obituary

     Yvonne E. (Adams) England, 94, passed away peacefully under the loving care of her family and the staff at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center on Friday, October 5, 2012.
Her husband, Albert E. England, Jr. passed away in 1998. She was predeceased by her nine siblings. Aunty Yvonne leaves wonderful memories with her many nieces and nephews, her brother-in-law Francis Messier of Wheelwright, Mass. and sister-in-law Blanche Duquette of Sequim, Wash.
     Born in Worcester, daughter of Ezra and Eva (Grondin) Adams, Yvonne graduated from David Prouty High School, and worked for 25 years as an executive secretary at David Clark Co. in Worcester. She was a faithful member of Blessed Sacrament Church. Yvonne enjoyed spending time visiting her family, traveling and dancing with Albert.
     A funeral will be held Tuesday Oct. 9 from Caswell-King Funeral Home, 474 Grove St., Worcester with a 10 a.m. Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 551 Pleasant St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester Co. Memorial Park., Paxton. A calling hour will precede the funeral at 9 a.m. in the funeral home.
     The family wishes to thank all of the caring staff of Notre Dame Long Term Care Center and Notre Dame Hospice for their genuine concern for Yvonne during her long stay. Donations in memory of Yvonne may be made to Notre Dame Hospice, 557 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01605.
