Yvonne B. (Chiapulis) Ustinovich, 91, formerly of Worcester, died Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Millbury Healthcare Center, Millbury, MA. Her husband, William Ustinovich died in 1988. She is survived by two daughters: Gabrielle Nosek of Hyde Park and Sandra Ustinovich of Worcester; her devoted niece, Donna Polewaczyk and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Ustinovich; brothers: John and Joseph Chiapulis and sister, Vera Nelson. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Peter and Constance (Kudurauskas) Chiapulis.

A lifelong Worcester resident, she worked at Parker Manufacturing for forty-eight years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the former Ascension Church. Besides her love of animals, she was an avid New England Sports fan and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Millbury Healthcare Center for the care provided to Yvonne.
