William F. O’Connor, 65, of 485 Grove Street, died Friday, December 22nd, in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his wife, Lorraine V. (Dubois) O’Connor; a son, William F. O’Connor, Jr.; a daughter, Patty A. Giangregorio; a sister, Marie Dolan, all of Worcester.

He was born in Worcester, the son of John F. and Grace (Doherty) O’Connor and lived here all his life. Mr. O’Connor was a baker for 34 years at Widoff’s Bakery before retiring in 1992 and was a member of the Bakery Confectionery Workers Union Local 50.

The funeral is Thursday, December 28th, from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 11:30 A.M. in St. John’s Church, 40 Temple Street. A calling hour is from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. the morning of the service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital, 332 North Lauderdale, Memphis, TN 38105.
