Subscription Update Obituary

     Walter H Bohn, 100, of Largo, went peacefully to his Maker in the early morning hours of April 16, 2013. His long life was filled with a loving family – he leaves behind a son, Roger Bohn (Judy) of Auburn, Mass; two daughters, Janice Wohlhaupter of Largo and Wendy Copeland (Sam) of Largo; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law Lilly Sherman of Largo and Millie Ullman of Auburn, Mass; and nine nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Irene; his parents Peter and Mathilde Bohn, and a brother Carl Bohn and a sister Marion Larsen.
     He was born February 23, 1913 in Worcester, Massachusetts and recently celebrated his 100th birthday with over 150 people in attendance. He worked as a design/sales engineer for Heald machine Co/Cincinnati Milacron in Worcester, MA and Chicago, IL for 44 years, retiring in 1978. He then worked for Tenco for another 11 years before his final retirement and move to Florida in 1989. His faith was important to him throughout his life and he had been a member of St Paul United Methodist Church in Largo since 1990.
