Thomas A. Gill, Jr., 78, a lifelong resident of Worcester, passed away Saturday October 11th, 2025.

Tom is survived, by his loving wife of 50 years, Debbie (Remillard) Gill; two brothers, Ronald Gill and his wife RoseMary, and Timothy Gill; a sister, Kathy Pedone and her husband Leo; his mother in law, Rita Remillard; brothers and sisters in law, Robert and Kathy Remillard, MaryEllen Remillard wife of deceased Roger Duval, Theresa and David Dalconzo as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Tom worked for over 25 years, for the Town of Westborough School department, at Gibbons Middle School retiring as maintenance and custodial staff supervisor. During his time at Gibbons Middle, Tom developed many long-lasting relationships with students, and their parents, many of whom would return post-graduation to share stories with Tom.

Family and friends described Tom as a soft-spoken man and one of the kindest souls that walked the earth who enjoyed his family and friends. Tom enjoyed cooking, notably recently holding a family “cooking class” with several of his nieces, sharing his “famous” recipe of Spaghetti and Meatballs. He also enjoyed camping in the summer months with Debbie and family in Maine for many years or traveling to many destinations such as Aruba, St. Martin, Key West, Las Vegas, and Italy, and many more. Everyone will miss Tom, and will never forget his kind smile, huge heart and comforting manner. His memory will live on forever.
