Subscription Update Obituary

     Therese E. (Plante) Laprade, 85, of Charlton, died on Wednesday, March 20th 2013 in her home while surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
     Mrs. Laprade was married to Roland P. Laprade Sr. who died in 1992. She is survived by two sons, Richard R. Laprade and his wife Susan of Worcester and Edward C. Laprade and his wife Donna of Charlton; two daughters, Ann P. Berube and her husband Paul of Worcester and Lisa A. McManus and her husband Paul of Charlton; a daughter in law, Rachel A. Laprade of Griswold, CT; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
     Therese was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Cyril and Flore (Riopel) Plante. She is also predeceased by a son Roland P. Laprade who died in 2007; her brothers, Cyril, Francis, Paul, John, Cy “Cookie”and George and a sister Constance Plante.
     Mrs. Laprade had lived in Charlton for many years and was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church. Therese enjoyed many things in her lifetime, especially, spending time with her family at the lake.
     The funeral will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 10 AM in St. Joseph Church, 10 H Putnam Rd., Charlton. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are on Friday, March 22 from 5 to 8 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St., Worcester.
