Entombment will be at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton, MA, Heritage II Hope Mausoleum, Family Estate. NO FLOWERS PLEASE. Donations to the UMass Memorial Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, 333 South St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545 in memory of Thail would be greatly appreciated. TJ’s family has donated all his medical records to the UMass Medical School Pancreatic Cancer Research Program.

Pancreatic Cancer is the 4th leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States, and one of the most aggressive. To date, nearly 37,680 people have been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2008, over 34,000 have died from this disease in this country. Research is needed to find a cause, treatment options, and hopefully a quality of life for those affected by this form of cancer. There is an urgent need for pancreatic cancer research. For too long, pancreatic cancer has been the most under-funded under-recognized and least-studied among leading cancer killers. In 1991, Actor-Director Michael Landon went on public television to announce he had pancreatic cancer. Less than 3 months later, he died from this cancer at the age of 54. Seventeen years later, we still have no test for early detection, and the five year survival rate is less than 5 percent. For more information and to make a donation Please visit

A website honoring TJ Inman and events to be held for Pancreatic Cancer Research will be up shortly
