Teresa (Pisano) Froio, of Worcester, passed peacefully surrounded by family on June 2, 2025, just five days shy of her 93rd birthday.
She was born on June 7, 1932 and raised in Montauro, Province of Catanzaro, Italy, to her parents Antonio Pisano and Caterina (Trapasso) LaGrottoria. She immigrated to America in the early 1950s and was joined by her husband Gregorio shortly after. They settled in Worcester, MA, where they raised their 5 children.
Teresa prided herself on hard work, and worked many dedicated years as a housekeeper at St Vincent Hospital to provide for her family.
She is predeceased by her husband, Gregorio Froio, who passed in 2014.
She is survived by her primary caregivers; her son, Anthony Froio and his wife Phanmaly of Worcester, and her daughter, Angela Rocheleau and her husband James of Oxford.
She is also survived by her three other children Leo Froio, Donna Froio, and Antonietta Beauregard.
She leaves behind her beloved granddaughter, Adrianna Rocheleau and her husband Matthew of Marlborough, step granddaughter Leena Pholsina of Worcester, and two step grandsons James and Eric Rocheleau.
She is also predeceased by her sister, Antonietta Froio, and leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Teresa enjoyed cooking, spending time with family, crochet and knitting, and sitting in the sunshine and having a cookout on a beautiful summer day.

Donations may be made in her honor to the Jewish Health Care Center or Elder Services of Worcester. Her funeral services will be private.
