Stanley C. "Starsh" Maraglia, 68, died peacefully in his sleep on Tues. August 14th 2007. He leaves behind his adored and beloved granddaughters, Shayna L. and Lexie L. Macdonald of Cherry Valley; his longtime companion, Carol L. Johnson of Cherry Valley; extended family, Scott & Lynn Macdonald of Cherry Valley, and Ed, Cheryl and Samantha Macdonald of Leicester. He also leaves brothers, Peter & Leo; his sisters, Carol, Marie, Rosalind, and Luanne, all of Worcester, and Skeeter.
     He was born in Stoughton, son of the late Leo Maraglia, and Mildred (Maraglia) Plouffe. A son, Stephen predeceased him. Starsh loved spending time with his granddaughters and was an avid Bruins fan. He will be deeply missed by his family and his many friends in Worcester. Rest in peace Grampie.
     The family invites friends to call from 2-4 pm on Sun., August 19th in the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main St., Worcester. A funeral service will be Monday morning at 10:00AM in the funeral parlor. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
