Subscription Update Obituary

Sophie P. "Sally" (Milosh) Caforio, 88, formerly of 69 Ernest Ave. passed away peacefully Monday, October 16th in the St. Francis Home.

Her husband of 64 years, Michael J. Caforio Sr., passed away in 2003. Sally is survived by her children, Carolyn A. Oriente and her husband William, Michael J. Caforio, Jr. and his wife Mary, all of Worcester and Dennis M. Caforio in Orlando; seven grandchildren, Deena, Mark, Joseph, Jenna, Nicholas, Jessica, and Kristin; seven great grandchildren, Kayla, Julie, Joseph, Gianna, Anthony, Isabella and Luke; many nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester one of seven children of the late Daniel and Katherine (Mieczkiewicz) Milosh.

Sally was a member of St. Stephen's Church. She most enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoyed knitting, gardening, and cooking.

Sally's funeral will be held Friday, October 20th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at 10:30 a.m in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Friends and family are invited to visit with the family from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 19th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 33 Speen St., Framingham, 01701.
