Subscription Update Obituary

     Russell F. Stone, 88, died Friday April 25, 2014 in Kindred Transitional Care. He leaves 2 daughters, Cindy A. Stone of Worcester, and Deborah Dembkowski of East Brookfield, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers Kenneth and Richard.

     Born in Worcester, son of Francis E. and Evelyn M. (Hosking) Stone, he graduated from Clark University, and served in the Pacific Campaign with the Marines during WWll, before working at Crompton and Knowles for many years. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post in Spencer.

     A funeral service will be held at 10 am. Monday May 5 in Caswell-King Funeral Home 474 Grove St. A calling hour will precede the funeral from 9-10. Burial will be in Worcester Co. Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the Carty Cupboard.
