Subscription Update Obituary

   Rosario Charito Sala Jodoin, 63, died peacefully in her home, Thursday morning with family.

   Charito was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Ernest Jodoin; her mother, Basi Lopez-Sala; her father, Francisco Sala; and her sister, Paquita Lopez-Sala.

   Charito is survived by her two sons and their families: Frank and his wife Lisa, grandsons Charles and Jonathan; Jay and his fiancé Julia, and her children Michael and Katrena; her brother, Joseph Sala and his wife Hortensia of Spain; her sister, Marisa Sala of Spain; four nephews and one niece, six great-nieces and nephews; two step-grandchildren and their mother, Lesa Lemieux and her children Jackie and Bobby.

   Charito was born in Spain and moved to Worcester when she was eighteen with her husband. She dedicated her life to educating children and helping children and families in need. She was a active member of the Worcester Baptist Church for over 35 years. Charito was devoted to her family and friends. She lives in our hearts and will be loved and cherished forever.

   Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29th at Caswell-King Funeral Home, 474 Grove St., Worcester, MA.

   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 350 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01604.
