Subscription Update Obituary

     Robert A. Fanion, age 59, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at home.
     He leaves his wife of 15 years, Linda P. (Tavano) Fanion of Worcester; a brother, Wally Fanion; and several close friends, Denise McGinley, Joel Wentworth, German Salaf, John Flynn, Jose Santiago and Dan Malloy.
     He was born in Worcester, son of the late Andrew and Gertrude (Gilbert) Fanion and lived in Worcester all his life. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a custodian at Worcester Library for many years.
     A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 10:00 am in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society , 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01707. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.
