Rina E. (Perla) Ritacco, 79, of 19 Rosemary St., passed away peacefully, Monday, October 23rd in St. Vincent Hospital.

Her husband, William J. Ritacco, passed away in 1993. She is survived by three sons: Robert R. Ritacco and his wife, Joyce of North Oxford, William J. Ritacco III of Boston and James P. Ritacco and his wife, Judee of Centerville; two brothers: Henry and Robert Perla, both of Leominster; two grandchildren: Jessica and Jennifer Ritacco; many nieces and nephews. A sister, Mary Ritacco and a brother, Salvatore "Muzzy" Perla, predeceased her. She was born in Leominster, a daughter of Nazzareno and Elvira (Spinelli) Perla. She graduated from Leominster High and has lived-in Worcester, most of her life.

Rina worked over 10 years, as a desk clerk & bookkeeper for the Town and Country Bowl in Shrewsbury before retiring.

Rina was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church, and it's leisure club. She was a member of the St. Margaret Mary Senior Club and T.O.P.S.

The funeral will be held Thursday, October 26th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., with a Mass at 9:30 am in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 37 Massasoit Rd. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, October 25th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
