Richard P. Bertone, 45, of Paxton died peacefully on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Parson Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester. Rick was born in Worcester on May 30, 1967, raised in Grafton, and lived several years in Paxton.
     Rick worked many years for various local paving contractors. He enjoyed fishing and especially spending time with his children and family. He is survived by his children, Matthew Bertone of Paxton, Anthony Bertone of Leicester and Lilly Bertone of Auburn; his mother, Linda L. Perkins and her husband Ronald of Paxton; his father, Francis Bertone and his wife Janet of Uxbridge; a maternal grandmother, Frances B. Cline of Paxton; a paternal grandmother, Ruth Bertone of Florida; and the “love of his life to the end”, Kate Robicheau of Peabody.
     Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. A private graveside service will be held at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
