Richard B. Ledoux, age 81, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Sherburne Aveue, Worcester, MA, passed away June 27, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Winifred W. Ledoux and is survived by a daughter, Kathy Pottle of Cape Coral, FL; three sons: Brian of Portland, ME, David of Sarasota, FL and Richie of Worcester, MA; a granddaughter, Amy Pottle of Lehigh Acres, FL; two grandsons: David Ledoux of North Port, FL and Eric Pottle of Port Charlotte, FL; and two great-granddaughters. He also leaves a sister, Andrea Waldron of Sebring, FL. He is predeceased by a sister, Doris Cahill and a grandson, John Ledoux. He was born in Oxford, MA, son of Florence (Crowton) Govanni and Alphonse Ledoux.

Mr. Ledoux served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for the former Iandoli Supermarkets and Shaws Supermarkets for most of his life until he retired in 1993 and moved to FL.

There will be a memorial service on Thurs, July 12, 2012 at 9:00 at Greendale People’s Church, 25 Francis Street, Worcester. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice. Final arrangements entrusted to National Cremation & Burial Society, N. Ft. Myers.
