Subscription Update Obituary

   Raymond A. Stuart, 95, of Worcester died on Thursday, March 26, in Millbury Health Care Center after an illness.

   His wife Eldora (Nordstrom) Stuart died in 1996. Mr. Stuart is survived by six children; Marolyn Donovan and her husband Jack of Westboro, Raymond Stuart and his wife Jean of North Brookfield, Willis Stuart and his wife Cathy of Naples, Maine, Roger Stuart of Inman, South Carolina, Edward Stuart and his wife Mary of Monroe, Connecticut, and Raylene Stuart and her fianc� Buck Akley of Worcester; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; nine step-children Joyce Odorski, Janet Lincoln, Beverly Neveu, Diane Casey, Earnest Paquin, Ronnie Paquin, Roger Paquin, Russell Paquin, and Richy Paquin and many nieces and nephews, he was predeceased by two stepchildren, Nancy Raymond and Donna Paquin, and two brothers Bill and George Stuart; two sisters Helen Learned and Violet May Renard.

   Raymond was born in Worcester, son of the late Alexander and Anna (Dipper) Stuart and served in the Massachusetts National Guard 181st Infantry. He worked for United States Steal and Wire for 34 years as a cable patcher, retiring in 1975.

   A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 30th at 11 AM in Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be from 9:30 until 11 AM before the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Overlook Visiting Nurse Association 67 Millbrook Street Suite 217 Worcester, MA 01606.
