Raymond A. Gagnon, 70. of 123 Holden St. died Wednesday in Worcester Memorial Hospital. 
Mr. Gagnon was a machinist at Jamesbury Corp., retiring in 1978.
He was an Army veteran of World War 11.
Mr. Gagnon was a member of Harold Keith Post, American Legion, in West Boylston:  Lodge 243 of Elks, and the Greendale Retired Men's Club.
He leaves his wife , Mary A (Skowronski) Gagnon; two sons, Raymond A. Gagnon jr. of  Auburn and Ronald A. Gagnon of Worcester. a sister Irene Duff of Worcester and four grandchildren.  he was born in Worcester, son of George and Regina (Dube) Gagnon.
The funeral will be held tomorrow from Carroll Funeral Home, 74 Providence St., with a Mass at noon in St. George's Chruch, 40 Brattle St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.  Calling hours at the funeral home are 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
