Rachel A. (Braconnier) Schwartz, 87, formerly of 1073 Main Street., died Friday, Jan 3, in Radius Healthcare in Worcester.

     Her husband, Emanuel S. Schwartz, died in 1989. She leaves two sons, David E. Schwartz of Worcester and Martin S. Schwartz of Leicester; three daughters, Lucille A. Siauris of Augurn, Christine m. Pellegrino of Spencer, and Janice R. Ciepielowski of Whitinsville; a sister Irene Butcher of East Brookfield; 11 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was born in Spencer, daughter of Antoine and Rose (La Frennier) Braconnier, and lived most of her life in Leicester. She was a member of St. Pius X church and the Leicester Senior Citizens club.

     The funeral will be held on Tuesday, Jan 7 from O'Connor Brothers funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue (oconnorbrothers.com), with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Pius X Church, 154 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m.. Monday, Jan 6, in the funeral home.
