Subscription Update Obituary

     Paul R. MacMillan, 62, of 3 Parent St., died Monday, July 2 at his home after an illness.
    
He leaves his wife of 41 years, Joanne M. (Gelineau), two sons; Timothy P. MacMillan and his wife Deborah of Charlton, Kevin E.C. MacMillan and his wife Kathy of Spencer, two sisters; Patricia L. Anderson and her husband David J. of Spencer, Judith A. Fortin and her husband Ronald C. of Spencer, three grandchildren; Adam, Alexander and Austin MacMillan all of Spencer and nieces and nephews.
    
Mr. MacMillan was born in Worcester the son of Herbert R. and Aili L. (Lammi) MacMillan. He was a wireworker for 30 years and worked at Concord Wire in Worcester for 18 years before retiring in 2002. He was a Spencer Firefighter for 37 years, and a member of the Spencer United Methodist Church. He served in the National Guard during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed working outdoors and was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.
    
A funeral service will be Thursday, July 5 at 10 a.m. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 4 from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Spencer Fire Dept. Relief Fund, 11 Dewey St., Spencer, MA. 01562 or to the vNA Care Hospice, 12o Thomas St., Worcester, MA.01608.
