Subscription Update Obituary

Patricia (Lynch) Mott, 62, has joined her beloved husband, Robert H. Mott on February 3, 2007 after a 17 year battle with breast cancer.

She will forever be in the hearts of her children, John R. Mott of Worcester, Kathleen A. Rawlston of East Brookfield and Robin P. Campbell of Worcester; six grandchildren Raymond, Nicole, Devin, Marky, Megan and Courtney; five brothers, Tony Lynch of Foxboro, John Lynch of N. Attleboro, Con, Donald and Christie all of County Kerry, Ireland; a sister, Hannah Sears of Wallingford, CT; a sister in law and friend Carol Mott of Leicester and several nephews and nieces.

Born in Killarney, Ireland, she followed her dreams to America at the age of 22 where she worked for many years at the Hammond House Nursing Home.

She was a true Irish Fighter and touched many hearts with her courage and spirit. Her main passion was spending time with her family and enjoyed going on excursions with Carol and playing cards. Mrs. Mott was an active member at Our Lady of the Rosary Church.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 25 Fales St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Monday, Feb. 5, from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
