Subscription Update Obituary

Patricia M. (Kearns) Rivernider, passed away Tuesday, October 10th, in her home after a long illness.

She leaves her husband of 50 years, James F. Rivernider, Sr.; five children, Nancy Kane and her husband Steven of Bethlehem, PA, James F. Rivernider, Jr. and his wife Patrice Lagrant of Ware, Carol Santos and her husband Daniel of West Brookfield, Cathy Koslowski and her husband Carl of Warren, and Deborah Nichols and her husband Craig of New Braintree; nine grandchildren, Michael and Patrick Kane, Celina Rivernider, Alison and Cassandra Santos, Andrea and Matthew Koslowski, and Jillian and Joseph Nichols. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Morin and a brother, John Kearns.

Patricia was born in Worcester, daughter of Sigrid (Peterson) and Frank Kearns. She graduated from South High School in 1955. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in West Brookfield.

The funeral for Patricia will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006 from Pillsbury Funeral Home, Rte. 9/Old West Brookfield Rd., Brookfield with a Mass at 12:00 p.m in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 22 West Main St., West Brookfield. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6-8 p.m in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sharing Cupboard, P.O Box 371, West Brookfield, MA 01585.
