Patricia A. (St Hilaire) Daley, 56, of Worcester, died Friday, May 25, 2007, at her home, after a long illness.

She leaves her husband of 35 years, Kevin L. Daley; five children, Christopher P. Daley and his wife Kim, Rebecca A. Matthews and her husband Kevin, all of Worcester, Michelle L. Daley of Fitchburg, Sheila M. Daley of Sherman Oaks, Calif. and Sean P. Daley and his wife Laurie of Three Bridges, N.J.; three grandchildren, Brenden and Kyle Matthews and Katlyn Daley; a brother, Thomas P. St. Hilaire of Worcester; and two sisters, Diane Guild and her husband Paul of Auburn, and Nancy St. Pierre and her husband Donald of Worcester. A grandson, Ryan Matthews and a sister, Celeste St. Hilaire predeceased her.

Patricia was born February 14, 1951 in Gardner, daughter of Robert and Theresa (Nobrega) St Hilaire. She was a 1969 graduate of the former St. Peter's High School.

She was an education secretary in the Worcester Public Schools for 20 years. Ten of those years were spent at Burncoat High School.

Patricia was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting. She also enjoyed spending time with her family especially her children and grandchildren. Patricia always found Las Vegas a great place to vacation.

Calling hours at the Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, are Tuesday, May 29 from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 30, from the funeral home with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
