Subscription Update Obituary

Nancy M. (Coppolino) Gravel, 82, of 14 Dawson Circle passed away Thursday in UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. Her husband Robert W. Gravel died in 1989. She leaves a sister Ida M. Shimansky of Barre; many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and great-great nieces & nephews. Mrs. Gravel was born in South Barre the daughter of Domenic & Maria (Puglia) Coppolino and lived many years in Barre before moving to Worcester and over 20 years in Holden. She worked as a merchandising manager for Horace Partridge Sporting Goods and later for Wilson Sporting Goods in Needham until she retired. She was a member of Christ the King Church. The funeral for Mrs. Gravel will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006 from Pillsbury Funeral Home, 96 S. Barre Rd., Barre with an 11:00 AM Mass in Christ the King Church, 1952 Pleasant St. in Worcester. Burial will follow in Worc. County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00-10:15 AM in the funeral home.
