Myrtis W. (Wheeler) Anderson, of Millbury passed away Sat., April 5. Her first husband, Edward E. Eck died in 1942 and her husband, Irving B. Anderson died in 2005. She leaves several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

   She was born in Berlin the daughter of Christopher and Laura (Jones) Wheeler and moved to Worcester in 1930 before moving to Millbury. She graduated from Hudson High School and Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1932. Mrs. Anderson was a WW II Navy veteran where she served as a Lieutenant in the Nursing Corp. She worked as a RN at Worcester City Hospital and Memorial Hospital before retiring in 1958. She was a member of Bethlehem Covenant Church and was a 50 year member of their choir.

   A private graveside service will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Arrangements are under the care of LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester.
