Subscription Update Obituary

Muriel B. (Wolfenden) Mantha, 80, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007 in Overlook Masonic Home in Charlton. Her husband Arthur E. Mantha died in 1988. She leaves two sons, Bradford of PA. & Jeffrey Mantha & his wife Nancy of Dudley; a daughter, Dawn M. Gravel & her husband Bruce of Brookfield; a brother, Wesley Wolfenden of FL; and a sister, Beverly Malkowski of Oxford; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by three brothers, Alvin, Clifford & Earl; and a sister, Phyllis. Muriel was born in Charlton the daughter of Lonsdale & Bernice (Loomis) Wolfenden. She was a graduate of Charlton High School and lived most of her life in Charlton. Muriel was a clerk for Iandoli's Market in Southbridge & Sturbridge until she retired.

The funeral for Muriel will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007 at 10:00 A.M in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 7:00-9:00 P.M in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018
