Subscription Update Obituary

   Our beloved wife and mother passed away on September 21st, surrounded by her husband of 68 years and family. She was 93, born in Rumford, ME on March 17, 1915. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church, daughter of the late Peter and Marguerite (Arsenault) Gautreau. She worked many years in retail as a clerk at Zayre's, the Mart and the Corsette Shop. Her Ultimate joy in life was her family. Minnie's hobbies include her flower gardens, crochet and tatting.

   Survivors include her husband of 68 years Joseph Paquette and six children Marguerite Rickerson and husband Glen of Blufton, SC, Anne Oman and husband Robert of Long Beach, WA, Simone Bernard and husband Arthur of Fayetteville, GA, Joseph Paquette of Bellingham, WA, Edward Paquette and wife Denise of Charlton, Andrew Levasseur and wife Maureen of Worcester. She has 12 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters Katherine Lawler of Mexico, ME and Sr. Bernadette Gatreau SSCH Fort Vermillion, Alberta, Canada. She is predeceased by a sister Dora Desjardin and 3 brothers Wilfred John and Jim Gatreau.

   The family would like to give a special thanks to all the doctors, nurses, CNA's, kitchen crew and maintenance at the Jewish Healthcare Center. How can we ever say thank you enough for the exceptional care you gave to our dear mother and us. We would also like to thank her home care friends who assisted her in her daily routines with much love and care. Many, many thanks to Sonya and Linda.
