Michael (“Mike”) Patrick Fallon, 78, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, at Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, after months of battling illness.

A lifelong residence of Worcester, Mike was the third of four children to the late Grace and Edward Fallon. He dedicated over 50 years of his life to the operation of a Worcester industry staple, L. Farber Company, and its successor Barbour Corporation, but his true passion was on the golf course, usually at Hillcrest Country Club in Leicester, where he was a several decades long member.

Mike was known for his quick wit and the love he had for his friends and family. If he was not on the golf course, he could often be found at L&S Supply in Northboro, where he spent a lot of time alongside his youngest son, Peter, and enjoying the company of the staff and the various patrons that he would get to meet.

He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 52 years, Bobbi; their sons, Matthew Fallon (Kirsten) of North Reading, Jonathan Fallon (Courtney) of Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, Peter Fallon (Mandy) of Northboro; his son, Thomas Fallon (Patty) of Auburn; his five grandchildren, Mikayla, Sawyer, Connor, Lyla, and Hailey; and his sister, Mary Lufty (Ernie). He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathaleen, and his brother, Joseph.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 2pm, at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mike’s name to the charity of your choice.

His “Grandpa jokes” and his love for his family will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
