Subscription Update Obituary

Mary L. (Graustein) Perry, 87, of East Brookfield formerly of Worcester, died peacefully Wednesday, November 16th in her home. Her husband was the late John W. Perry. She leaves three sons, John Perry and his wife, Theresa of Oxford, Robert Perry and his wife, Nancy of Spencer and Richard Perry of Auburn; three daughters, Janet A. Vance and her husband, Patrick of Sebago, ME, Diane M. Giorgio and her husband Ken, with whom she lived and Karen Perry Langlands and her husband, James of Greenfield; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. Two brothers, Alfred and Donald Graustein predeceased her.

She was born in Cambridge, the daughter of Alfred O. and Julia (Scanlon) Graustein; and had been employed for many years by New England Envelope, retiring as a supervisor. Mrs. Perry was an avid bowler and a Boston Red Sox, Bruins and Boston Celtics fanatic. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Calling hours are Monday, November 21st from 9:00 until 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Funeral services and burial will be private.
