Subscription Update Obituary

Mary J. (Musi) O'Flynn, 88, formerly of Hitchcock Rd. died Tues., Oct. 17 in the St Francis Home. Her husband of 47 years, John J. O'Flynn died in 1991. She leaves two daughters, Mary Patricia Parslow of Worcester and Diane O'Flynn of Sparks, NV; two grandchildren, Patricia O'Flynn and Dierdre Parslow and many cousins.

She was born in Wakefield, MA daughter of Soccorso and Rosina (Storti) Musi and lived in Worcester all her life. She was a long time member of St. Peter's Church. Mary was a former member of the West Roxbury Irish Social Club, AOH Division #36, and the Friendly House Senior Group. She loved cooking, reading, Irish dancing and traveling.

The funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 21 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 931 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours are Friday, Oct. 20 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Friendly House, 36 Wall St., Worcester, MA 01604 or to the Activities Fund c/o St Francis Home, 101 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01604.
