Subscription Update Obituary

    Mary E. (Hines) Terrill, 81, of Worcester died Thursday October 28, 2010.

    She leaves seven children, William J. Terrill of Worcester, Richard E. Terrill of Shrewsbury, Kevin P. Terrill of Mashpee and James P. Terrill of Worcester, Marilyn E. Keyes of Worcester, Dorothy R. Goodrich of Worcester and Clare A. Nicholson of Walnut Creek, CA; her former husband, Edward R. Terrill of Worcester; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

    She was born in Boston, daughter of Martin P. and Dorothy B. (Elston) Hines.

    Mary was a bookkeeper and accountant at Parker and Harper Manufacturing, retiring in 1980. She spent many years doing volunteer legal aide work in Central Mass. She was a longtime member of the former St. Catherine of Sweden Church and enjoyed reading, traveling and her grandchildren.

    The Funeral will be held Monday, November 1, from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting Hours are Sunday, October 31, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
