Martha F. (Frick) Eck, 86, of Nelson Place, died Friday, May 30 at home after a long illness. Her husband, Carl O. Eck died in 1993.
  
   She leaves two sons, Edward R. Eck of Milford and Donald S. Ekstrum of Worcester; five grandchildren, Dawn M. Torres, Judith A. Rajotte and her husband, Alex, Christopher and Jeffrey Eck all of Worcester and Martha Eck of Winchendon; several great grandchildren and her cousin and unselfish caregiver of many years, R. Emerson Brooks. Martha was born in Worcester the daughter of Roy and Mabel (White) Frick.

   She graduated from Marshfield High School and worked several years in the Worcester School Department Cafeterias retiring as a manager in 1985. Martha excelled as a cook and baker, enjoyed cake decorating, sewing and a fondness of animals. She was a member of the United Congregational Church.

   A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606. Arrangements are under the care of LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St.
