Subscription Update Obituary

     Marjorie C. (Provencal) Peloquin, 78, of 106 Wilson St., died Thursday, July 5 at the Meadows of Leicester. She was the wife of Reginald O. Peloquin who died in 1994. She leaves three sons; Edward E. Peloquin and his wife Kathleen of Spencer, Paul R. Peloquin and his wife Diane of Spencer, Philip J. Peloquin of Spencer, a sister, Constance Vincent of Grafton, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great-grandson. She was predeceased by two brothers, Andrew W. and Richard B. Provencal.
    
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Andrew J. and Velida (LeMire) Provencal. Mrs. Peloquin was a packer for 18 years at Chess King in Worcester, retiring in 1992. She was a member of the former St. Mary's Church in Spencer. She was past president, Chaplin and secretary of the Spencer American Legion Post 138 Women's Auxiliary and past director of the District 4 Worcester American Legion Women's Auxiliary. She was also a member of the 8 & 40 in Worcester, Salon 216.
    
The funeral will be held Monday, July 9 from the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 138, Gaudette-Kirk Post, 175 Main St., Spencer, MA 01562.
