Subscription Update Obituary

   Marjorie A. (Rousseau) Ellstrom, 85, of Laurelwood Road, died at home on Saturday, December 29, 2007.

   Her husband of 50 years, Edwin L. Ellstrom, Jr., died in 1994. She leaves three daughters, Carol Neumann and her husband Leonard of Granby, Lisa Skamarycz and her husband Bruce of Gardner and Wendy LeBlanc and her husband Gary of Oakham; a sister, Marion Race of Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, Jason Ellstrom, David and Kara Skamarycz, Scott, Keith and Glen LeBlanc; and a great-grandson, Tyler Ellstrom. A brother, Robert Rousseau, and two sisters, Doris Hultgren and Elizabeth Eaton, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Ernest and Elizabeth C. (Johnson) Rousseau, and lived in Rutland since 1960.

   Mrs. Ellstrom was a graduate of Commerce High School. She worked at both the Rutland and Worcester Post Offices for 25 years, retiring in 1985.

   The funeral service for Mrs. Ellstrom will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2nd, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St, Holden. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VNA Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA 01608.
