Subscription Update Obituary

   Marion Delizia Miller, of Litchfield, NH died at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack on October 3, 2008.

   She was born in Worcester, MA on January 13, 1919, one of five children of Battista and Sarah (Logan) Bassan. Mrs. Miller is the wife of Lyman A. Miller. They were married on October 26, 1935.

   She was predeceased by a daughter and son-in-law, Pauline and James Patterson; a brother, John Logan Bassan, who was killed in World War II; and a sister, Christina Cooper.

   In addition to her beloved husband of 73 years, Lyman, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Norman and Janet Miller of Mount Vernon, Illinois, and Paul and Ruth Miller of Litchfield, NH; two sisters, Frances King of St. Alban, VT, and Modesta Bernard of Winchendon, MA; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.

   SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Monday, October 6 from 6-8 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 242 Derry Rd. (Route 102), Litchfield, NH. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday morning at 10 A.M. at the church. Interment will be at 1 PM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.

   Arrangements are in the care of DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock Street, Nashua, NH.
