Subscription Update Obituary

     Marie E. Noponen, 57, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, with loved ones by her side. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Sanelma (Laiho) and Henry W. Noponen. Marie leaves her brother David J. Noponen and his wife Jo-Ann of Worcester, Concetta Noponen, an Aunt Jane Simmarano, cousins, and many precious friends. Marie’s family extends their heartfelt thanks to everyone at the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence for their compassionate, loving care.
 
     Calling hours will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel on Friday, March 30 from 5-7 pm. The service will be at Nordgren’s on Sat., March 31 at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Donations in memory of Marie may be made to Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence, 1183 Main St., Worcester MA 01606.
