Subscription Update Obituary

    Margaret M. (Flanagan) Duclos, 88, of Worcester, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010 in Millbury Healthcare. Her husband, Courtland B. Duclos, predeceased her in 1994.

    Margaret is survived by five sons: William C. Duclos and his wife Mary of North Pembroke, Stephen M. Duclos and his wife MaryBeth of Woodstock, VT, Donald T. Duclos and his wife Toni of Worcester, Thomas M. Duclos of Worcester and Paul L. Duclos and his wife Tina M. of Southbridge; a daughter, Jean M. Krylowicz and her husband Peter of Worcester; a sister, Patricia Goulet of Boylston; ten grandchildren: Jeff, Christopher, Melissa, Sarah, Michael, Kimberly, Courtney, Andrew, Lauren and Justin; nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

    She was born in Worcester, daughter of Patrick and Delia Flanagan, she graduated from Saint Stephen's High School and has lived here all her life. Mrs. Duclos was a member of the former Saint Catherine of Sweden Church and was a current member of Sacred Heart Parish.

    Margaret's family would like to express sincere thanks to Care Alternatives Hospice and to the wonderful people at Millbury Healthcare, for their care, compassion and concern.

    Calling hour will be held on Thursday, June 24, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 Cambridge Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.

    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 600 Cambridge Street, Worcester, MA 01607 or to Care Alternatives Hospice, 181 Cedar Hill Road, Marlborough, MA 01752.
