Margaret F. (Jacques) Hicks, 88, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, October 10th, 2010.

    Her husband, Ralph J. Hicks, Jr. died in 1995. She leaves two sons, Ronald R. Hicks of Dresden, Maine and David J. Hicks of Charlton; two daughters, Sheila J. Gencarelli of Millbury and Linda A.M. Antoku of Millbury; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Margaret was born in South Grafton and is predeceased by her parents, Julian and Dalena (White) Jacques and six siblings.

    Mrs. Hicks was a long time member of St. Brigid Church where she taught CCD class's for over 20 years. She was an active member of the Crusillo Movement. She was a very loving and giving person who enjoyed spending time with her family.

    Margaret's funeral will be held Thursday, Oct. 14th from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13th in the funeral home.
