Subscription Update Obituary

     Margaret F. (Loafman) Crandall, 88, of Worcester, died Sunday, January 29th in the Christopher House. Her husband, Harry E. Crandall, died in 1989. She leaves two sons, Roger P. Crandall and his wife Dorothy of Hunterton County, NJ and Steven P. Crandall of Petersham; a daughter, Karen M. Jones and her husband Craig of Spring Lake, NC; five grandchildren, Michael and Brian Loconto, Michael and Carolyn Crandall, and Ryan Doffing; four great grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces, including, Joan Lavoie of Shrewsbury. She was predeceased by her brothers.
     She was born in Cumby, TX, the daughter of Evert Hubert and Sue Lizzie (Owen) Loafman and lived the Quisigamond Village section of Worcester for many years. She worked at Worcester Envelope Company for many years and was a member of the former St. Catherine of Sweden Parish.
     The funeral is Thursday, February 2nd from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A visiting hour is from 9:30 until 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the funeral home.
