Subscription Update Obituary

     Malgorzata Jurczyk Farmer, 60, of Worcester died Monday June 18, 2012 in UMASS – Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Ave North. Her husband, Maurice J. Farmer died in 2007.
She leaves a son, Artur Jacek Jurczyk of Stow; a daughter, Violetta Sobiech and her husband Andrzej of Shrewsbury; three grandchildren, Alex, Addison and Allie, her mother, Stanislawa (Adamowicz) Melewski of Webster; her longtime friend, Adam Nowak, two brothers and one sister in Poland and many nieces and nephews. She was born and raised in Poland. Her father was the late Jozef Pisecki. Margaret has lived in Worcester since 1984.
     Margaret worked as a waitress. She was very warm hearted and always ready to help anyone no matter what needed to be done. She assisted people with many things including help with their appointments or with translation work. She will be missed by her family and the community.
     The funeral was held on Friday June 22, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street, with a Mass at 10:30 A.M. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial followed in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home were held on Thursday June 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
