Lorraine M. (Dubois) Rioux, 63, of 23 Forbes St., a retired shipping and receiving worker, died Saturday, Feb. 2, at home after being stricken ill.

Her husband of 46 years, Wilbrod E. Rioux Jr., died last year. She leaves six daughters, Karen A. Wilson of Rutland, Sandra J. O'Brien, Denise E. Zuschlag, Kimberly C. Hilow, Susan M. Rousseau, and Diane M. McNamara, all of Worcester; a brother, Roland J. Dubois of Everett; 18 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; neices and nephews. She was born in Fall River, MA., daughter of Wilfred J. Dubois and Philomene M. (Chabot) Crompton, and lived in Condord, N.H., before moving here in 1967. She graduated from Jesus Mary Academy in Fall River.

Mrs. Rioux worked 15 years in shipping and receiving at New England Diamond, retiring in 1997. She was a member of St. Bernard's Church. She enjoyed square dancing and ballroom dancing.

 The funeral service will be private. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard's Church Repair and Renewal Fund, 236 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA. 01605. Kelly Funeral Home, 154 Lincoln St., is directing arrangements.
