Lorraine M. Madsen, 75, of Largo, FL, formerly of Worcester, passed away on December 10, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Walter and her three children, Steven of CA, Cheryl and her husband Don Smith of Plymouth, MA and Paul of Northfield, MA. She also leaves behind a large extended family which includes Walter Jr. of Barre and Alpha and Gayle Madsen of Plymouth, MA, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held December 15th in Largo, FL. The family has asked that donations be sent to Woodside Hospice House, 6770 102nd Avenue, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 in appreciation of the compassionate care Lorraine was given in her last week of life.
